The G3 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat over the 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8975AC) quad core processor coupled with Adreno 330 GPU. If you choose the 16GB version it will come with 2GB RAM and with 32GB version you will get 3GB on board RAM.
The True IPS screen on the LG G3 is 5.5 inches with 2560 x 1400 (QHD – Quad HD) resolution. The handset weight with battery is 149 grams and is about 8.9mm thick.
